End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Luminos Film S.r.l. (“Licensor”), a company registered in Italy, for the use of Lucerna (“the Software”). By installing or using the Software, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software.

This EULA supplements the Mac App Store Terms of Service. Where there is a conflict, the Mac App Store Terms govern.

Lucerna is a screenwriting and film production management application developed by Luminos Film S.r.l. (hereafter: “we”, “the Controller”). It is a native macOS/iOS application, sold under a perpetual licence at a one-time price.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lucerna (“the Application”), a native macOS software application developed and sold by Luminos Film S.r.l. (“Luminos Film”, “we”, “us”), registered in Italy. By downloading or using Lucerna, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. The licence

When you purchase Lucerna, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Application on any Mac you own or control, subject to these Terms and to the Mac App Store terms.
